How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Oftenvisible Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Oftenvisible Heating & Air went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Oftenvisible Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@oftenvisible.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Last, we write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
